Follow the detailed instructions included with your AMH Test Kit, and remember to activate your kit before sending your sample back to us.

 

Collect your sample between Monday and Thursday (Royal Mail) or Monday and Wednesday (An Post).

 Return it on the same day using the prepaid return envelope, ideally before noon.

 

To avoid postal delays, please do not collect your sample on or near a public holiday.
