Collect your sample between Monday and Thursday (Royal Mail) or Monday and Wednesday (An Post).
Return it on the same day using the prepaid return envelope, ideally before noon.
Avoid collecting your sample on or near a public holiday, as postal delays may affect processing.
Your results will be delivered securely to your email within 2–3 days of your sample arriving at our lab.
